I am a licensed clinical psychologist dedicated to helping individuals across the lifespan cultivate psychological well-being, resilience, and meaningful, fulfilling lives. My clinical work emphasizes the connection between physical and mental health, with specialized expertise in behavioral medicine, eating disorders, and evidence-based psychological care.

I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Yale University and completed my clinical internship at Brown University's Warren Alpert Medical School, specializing in behavioral medicine. During this training, I worked collaboratively with multidisciplinary medical teams to support individuals navigating complex health concerns, including cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular and gastrointestinal conditions, chronic pain, and eating disorders. This experience shaped my commitment to an integrated approach to care that recognizes the close relationship between psychological well-being and physical health.
I subsequently completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Yale School of Medicine, where I specialized in clinical research, assessment, and treatment of eating disorders in adolescents and adults.
I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist–Consultant (CEDS-C) through the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals and serve on the Clinical Care Standards Committee of the Academy for Eating Disorders, contributing to efforts to advance evidence-based, high-quality care.
I grew up in Miami, FL and graduated magna cum laude from Dartmouth College with a double major in Psychological & Brain Sciences and in Government.

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist in the states of New Jersey (35SI00649400) and New York (024178-01). I also have a PSYPACT telehealth license (14811) and can see patients virtually in most US states.
